[BC] AM on translator becomes new FM station...

I am aware of an AM station that is doing exactly
that.  Their (AM on FM) translator is being fed,
directly from the studio, with a 950 STL.  A
consumer-grade receiver at the AM transmitter site
is feeding the demodulated translator audio into
the AM rig.  I have nothing to do with this
operation.
