The reason for the "belating" is an outlook express problem which, after 
going 'round and 'round with it,  has caused me to capitulate and switch 
to thunderbird to get back in business.
It is my not so humble opinion that the thunderbird screen layout really 
sucks to a fare-thee-well because it takes up 60% of the screen with 
absolute BS, the essentials of which should all be in the top 15% so 
that the viewpane will be big enough to be worthwhile; such is the view 
into the gift horse's mouth..<g>
