This is not a stretch structurally. Just look at the thousands of
mono-pole high tension line masts which have three or 6 heavy cables
suspending from the arms. The compexities introduced are merely functions
of the sheer and tension loads of the joints where the arms connect to the
mast and rotational forces presented to the mats and pier.
I suspect what you're looking for is more along the lines of the Bald Knob
Cross at Alto Pass, IL.

It's not 200ft. tall, is not radio centric, and is a skeleltal structure
instead of a mono-pole. But it was also built long before present day
structural designs for mono-poles came into being and does sit on the
highest point in So. Illinois where compresional winds can be fierce.
