I'd be happy to donate a copy as soon as it's written, unless you want 
the older version from 2001 which I may or may not have a copy of lying 
around... I also have a copy of my 2008 reference book, which was a 
history of talk shows (a lot has happened since then, but I think I made 
a good start!).
