[BC] Tower Vandal sentenced

Inside Radio is reporting a Wisconsin annoyance has been sentenced to 
16 or 17 years in jail.

According to the brief item, authorities don't know why Joseph 
Konopka (aka "Dr. Chaos") "recruited teenage boys and trained them to 
damage radio and TV towers and even set buildings on fire in the 
upper Midwest."
