[BC] Tower Vandal sentenced

I think this is the same guy who was arrested 2 or 3 years ago in chicago in 
a plot to either gas or bomb a subway.   I'm not sure there is anything to 
understand or analyze.  The guy is a nut.  hello jail.  over and out.

Inside Radio is reporting a Wisconsin annoyance has been sentenced to 16 or 
17 years in jail.

According to the brief item, authorities don't know why Joseph Konopka (aka 
"Dr. Chaos") "recruited teenage boys and trained them to damage radio and TV 
towers and even set buildings on fire in the upper Midwest."
