[BC] HD Radio Station Statistics

Here in Albuquerque we have 5 FM's in HD and rolling out 2nd channels as we speak. Next year the last 2 in our group are going HD.
So far I think HD will work but Ibiquity is going to need to make their code more robust. I'd be a rich man if I was paid per reboot......

The numbers in the article (931 licensed and 24 multicast) pin down the
research to between 9/1 and 9/14.
