[BC] New Orleans - a matter of responsibility?

Mike, that's a good point, but also remember that the cell cites are
interconnected. While my company, Centennial Wireless, does not serve
the New Orleana area, we do serve areas to the north and west of NO.
Many of our cites went off line not necessarly due to power, but
because the Sprint LD switch in NO was destroyed. Our tech's used
portable genny's to get the AC flowing and point to point microwave to
get the cells connected to our network again. Then Rita came right
through out Beaumont/Port Arthur markets. Don't know how many gennys we
sent down there.
