[BC] BE 4MX-50 installation

    Many folks have asked for a progress report on the 
BE 4MX-50 that is going in here in Boston, so here's the 
scoop.  

    The BE 4MX-50 is sitting on the floor at WBIX, and 
has 240VAC 3-phase power through a surge protector 
connected, and a ground strap attached.  

    I hope to run it into a dummy load tonight.
