It's not going to be the FCC that "chokes" on it. Go to OLDRADIO.COM and 
download the MP3 file that Barry put up there. It is a demo of what IBUZ does to 
other stations on the dial. It's not pretty.

If anything "chokes" the rollout of this flawed system on AM, it's going to 
be the smaller stations taking the bigger ones to court, perhaps as 
class-action, because of the destruction of their coverage areas by the intense hash that 
this system emits.
