[BC] patch cords

Greetings, lovers of radio and such.  Once again I have
a question/request of this illustrious group.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a 1/4" R.T.S. to
the old style double patch cord?  My new router uses
RTS jacks, as do the patch bays.  Only problem is that
out tie lines have the old style, double connectors.  

Next, I know these are available, I bought them before,
XLR "Y" cables.  Bought them back in the late 90's, but
can't remember where.
