And having written that, let me hasten to add that there are some very talented
young people in our industry--our friend Paul in Florida certainly among them--
who are exactly the opposite of what I described--they are the kind of "fresh, young
blood" that broadcasting needs to stay competitive in the future.  I hope no one
took my previous comment as a blanket indictment of all the young people in our
industry, as that certainly is not how I intended it.
