Study: Nearly All Consumers Prefer 'Expanded' HD Band

A new Bob Harper & Co. research funded by Cox Radio found that 
consumers overwhelmingly prefer to have HD Radio subchannels appear 
on receiver displays as an "expanded FM band," with "addresses" above 
107.9, such as 108.1, 108.3, etc.
