[BC] About this HD Radio receiver

WQXR still has hourly newscasts, evening previews of the stories for the
next day's edition oof the Times and their audio is still top notch.
Actually, it recently seems to be better, alot less multipath.  Whatever
they are doing, it seems cleaner.
