It's not going to happen. Manufacturers are too deep into HD1 and HD2
as a designation. I agree completely that it's going to be a listener
reporting problem. Personally, I don't care how it's done so long as
there's a Unique Identifier that separates the main from the secondaries.
I believe ad agencies will start doubting stations' numbers when
there's no easy way to filter out the secondary (non-commercial, if
the HD Dominion prevails) because both are linked to the primary call letters.
