[BC] UPS Recommendations: 1500VA range

It's time to replace some UPSs in the 1500VA range, so I am looking for
suggestions.

My biggest problem in finding replacements is locating a unit that will
work with our generator. The frequency varies slightly, which cause some
UPSs to malfunction.

So, I need to find a good quality, frequency tolerant unit that is cheap.
Ok, doesn't need to be cheap. Actually, I'd rather spend some extra money
to avoid headaches down the road.
