Frank,

The way I understand it, BPL doesn't use frequencies as low as the AM 
broadcast band.  They __might__ use frequencies low enough to be in a 
radio's image response region near the top of the AM band using the 
standard high-side local oscillator.

I'd say you shouldn't have any problems.  Be sure to complain loudly to 
the FCC, etc, if you do. No complaints equals no problems in the eyes of 
the FCC.
