Thaks all for write ,, Some important things,, .. The transmitters is 
brand new  recontructed CCA AM 1kW with new 4-400A tubes, the older 
one CCA transmitter did the same.  Eventhough I was thinking to 
exchange the Phase ,, I mean,  + red wire balanced  to - black  wire 
. by the time  , the pics in positive trying to be the same time as 
negative , so was no sence to exchange the phase.  positive pics goes 
up to  2 to 3 seconds , same like negative ones . In a period of 10 
seconds , the positive flashes 2 times same  the negative ones. . Yes 
I can increase even up to 130% mod .and the same. Thankks , Werner
