Anyone have a contact number for their engineering department?

To shorten a long story, we are adding Delilah to our ABC AC format.  No  
trouble receivng ABC off transponder 23/AMC-8, but Premiere off  
transponder 21 very low level.  Once we got a spectrum analyser in here  
figured out we are looking right into the beam of an MCI tower 23 miles  
away.  Licensed for 4.110 and 4.130, whereas Premiere is 4.120.  Satellite  
look angle 15 degrees at 148 true, MCI tower at 251 true, towards a tower  
that is behind our dish, & 1500 feet away.

Anyway, if Verizon (new owner of MCI) isn't using these carriers, would be  
nice to have them turned off ;-)
