I've got one for their normal and upper level customer service line, but you'd
have to be a customer to really get anywhere with that. You're probably
going to need to bypass every level of external customer support and go
straight to MCI's *internal* engineering division. My only words there are
"good luck"... I've also only got a number for their data services
engineering support here in their Richardson, Texas office, but I have no
idea if they support the microwave links for their internal services.

Ouch. I'm guessing there's no getting around this one short of a *very* tight
notch or bandpass filter from someone like Microwave Filter (they'll tune
their C-band bandpass filter model 7892 to your specs). Given that you're
using another transponder other than 21, you might have to put a dual
feedhorn (same polarity) on the dish to filter one signal for transponder 21
and leave the other signal alone for transponder 23.

Maybe with the merger and its service consolidation they might be obsoleting
that carrier -- that sure would be your easiest solution. :-)
