[BC] MCI Microwave services

The only solution, then, that I see, is to move the satellite dish away from 
the edge of the property. Is that possible? Yes, it's a lot of work, and 
moving the other screens, but I don't see any other options at this point.

My gut instinct tells me that getting the MCI carriers turned off is not 
really an option.
