If you do it during experimental hours, you can do pretty much what you
want. I dont think there is such a regulation as a DX test though.

Do the regulations governing DX tests for AM stations require
that the station must operate according to their license
parameters when doing the test?
For example, I think, WHB 810 Kansas City operates with fifty
thousand watts directional during the day and five thousand
watts nondirectional at night. Could the station do a DX
test with fifty thousand watts nondirectional?
