[BC] Regulations For AM Station DX Te sts

I guess there just can be no fun left in broadcasting!  What does it hurt to do a DX test on day pattern and power?  Too much goverment in my opinion if this is something they worry about. A million  Years ago I did several  DX tests like that, I never thot once it was illegal.  But that was back in the good old days.
