Everyone finds that out after all the legal fees are paid and you get your 
rig back that cost less than the litigation. Are you going to refuse to 
hand over the radio? I think there may be some other laws relating to that 
that could accomplish the same thing. Remember, Al Capone didn't go to jail 
because he was a murderer. They got him for tax evasion. Same principle.
