Neal Newman: So here I an the First ,and  probably the only one you know to "ask for the Advanced to be considered as an equivalent license."  [I] don't know how to petition the Committee.


When you apply for the CBT, include a copy of your license and a letter stating why you believe it should be considered as an equivalent substitute for the GROL or Extra. The item will be reviewed by the Certification Committee.
