Not so Ernie.  Copyright and Trademark law doesn't protect the protected 
name from discussion, criticism and offering of facts or opinions...either 
good or bad.  In fact, those laws have nothing to do with what you speak 
of.  The laws surrounding libel and slander would be more applicable.
