That may be true. It's also possible that WBZ makes more money than KDKA 
and Infinity doesn't want to kill its cash cow. If distant coverage isn't 
important, anymore, why doesn't KDKA reduce power to 10KW and add a few 
towers to protect CFRB (to avoid more Canadian complaints), add IBOC and 
live happily ever after. Is everyone going to need 50Kw just to overcome 
the hash in their own protected contour?
