[BC] Moseley 6060 STL Transmitter notes.

Thanks for the info, Steve.  The units I have range from very new (less than 
6 months) to older (more than 8 years, but I do have two units from 
November, 2000.  Hopefully, they weren't effected, but I'll keep an eye on 
them.
