Since he is witholding wages, the state Labor Board should be all over him. 
Perhaps a call/letter to the Senators & Reps of the state would be in order, as 
well. A letter to the Editor of the newspaper in his district could be 
helpful, as well. His constiutency needs to know what kind of creep they elected, 
and proceed to vote him out.

Sleaze like that don't deserve to own any kind of companies, let alone readio 
stations.
