so now despite the fact that after god knows how many years the folks at NWS
still can't get an EAS test/alert sent out right, we are now going to give
them a new technology to learn, one that gives direct pipe into the homes of
thousands of people, awaken them in the middle of the night, and send them
running for cover fearing some impending doom--- all because somebody
pressed the wrong button running an overnight test.
