[BC] Tornado hits ERI's old area

    We use them here. Actually in my town (Minot, ND), there are perhaps a
dozen located at various points around town. I'm going to guess each "siren"
(speaker bank actually) has a power level of about 10Kw. They all rotate,
and run siren/voice from the local police dept. There is no question about
whether they're on, but sometimes it takes a while to decide what is being
said until the closest one rotates in my direction.
