That's the only kind I'd buy. I had a plain vanilla receiver in New 
York. Every time a pothole in the bowels of New Jersey filled with 
water I got an alert.

In New England we recently had serious flooding. I'm on high ground 
but places as little as 4 miles away were flooding. Everywhere I've 
lived there's been some sort of natural disaster unique to the area. 
Earthquakes, floods, tornados, etc. It's foolish not to have one.
