A quick search of the net for 'Noaa Weather Radios' will come up with a 
large number of retailers and manufacturers.

Midland & Radioshack are but two of the. They come is all shapes and sizes 
from the tabletop models to small portable radios used by campers and 
hikers.

I saw a Midland radio the other day that not only did SAME codes, but FIPS
codes as well.

Great back-up EAS receiver perhaps?

I've got a Rat Shack NOAA radio that's 5 or 6 years old, and yes, it handles
multiple
SAME codes.  I would imagine that current production does as well.  You 
might
check
their website--many of their products have the manuals available for
downloading, and
you could check it out before buying...
