Interesting situation here.  Comparing the daytime coverage of WWJ to WJR 
using the two links below shows that even in WWJ's max lobe toward the 
north, their 2.5, 0.5 and 0.15 mV/m contours fall within WJR's.

WWJ's peak daytime ERP is about 300 kW compared to WJR's 50 kW.  Even given 
that WWJ's tx site is 10 miles further away from their northern contours 
than WJR's is, radiating six times the ERP of WJR in that direction doesn't 
really do as much as might be expected.

WWJ's nighttime max ERP is a little higher than its daytime value, but it 
makes virtually no difference in the distance to 2.5 and 0.5 mV/m contours 
in the directions of the max, and they are still within WJR's contours for 
those same values.
