I completely agree! Tom is right on top of things. Imagine you
are a national radio star and your show is at the mercy of
inept, unskilled board ops. Licensing will bring forth pride in
one's work. Imagine how proud you will feel with that shingle
on your wall!

As for the indecency, I can imagine some questions on morality
being on the exam. Frequent updates to keep pace with changing
times are highly encouraged. Rich will probably suggest some
questions pertaining to his favorite Touched By An Angel episodes.
I can come up with a few from Janice's Attic episodes.

It's about time the government stepped up to the plate on this.
