GREAT IDEA!!!
Let's make yet ANOTHER rule/law/license/requirement! These F(*&*(&ng morons
don't realize that you CAN'T legislate morality, nor can you regulate it, nor
can you make a rule/law/policy that covers every possible circumstance in
life! Once in a while, COMMON SENSE must apply (but of course lawmakers and
right wing talk show hosts are all exempt from having any!).

Thoughts? I think he's nuts. Pardon my French. There never was a license to
be a board operator. Only a transmitter operator. It's ust that most jocks
had to do both.
