The Required Monthly Test (RMT) is indeed scheduled (at least in
Texas--handbook states it MAY be scheduled not required to be).  The station
must forward the RMT within a specified time (15 minutes per the EAS
handbook).  If the board op doesn't forward the test, then the EAS box does
it at the end of the 15 minute time out period.  Received weekly tests do
not have to be forwarded, transmitted tests can be sent practically anytime.
We have our transmitted tests as a program log event (as do most stations).
