WOW! They would seemingly be in some "dutch."  The aux 
contours must be equal to or less than the main facility 
contours.  I wonder if they plan to make the aux the 
licensed main, since the licensed main antenna is gone.

Isn't it something like after 30 days you have to notify or 
possibly get special temporary authority.

Years ago, a station had an aux license on the same tower 
which matched the coverage exactly of the main.  I don't 
think that station would be in trouble if an inspection 
revealed that the aux had been in use for a lengthy period 
of time.
