[BC] Question on high level FM Iboc

    For any FM's that are running high level combining:

 Do you have the digital transmitter interlocked and/or controlled from 
the analog so that if the analog goes off, the digital goes off? I am in 
the planning stages of designing a new transmitter plant.  The rules 
require that anything outside your direct analog carrier has to be "X" 
far down from the analog carrier. So if you don't have an analog 
carrier, any "IBOC" emissions would be outside the  mask right? To my 
interpretation, if the analog overloads, or goes off for any reason, the 
digital has to go off with it.
