I wonder if that means that, if I take the tunes downloaded from
Microsoft, Napster or Wal-Mart, strip the license info that came with the
WMF files (which prevents more than a certain amount of file transfer), and
use the 'prepaid' CD/R Music blanks, can I burn as many CDs as I like and
give them to friends? (Not that they share my taste in music, but...) In
other words, what does this royalty prepayment imply?
