DRM wasn't a consideration because it's essentially open source. Companies
NEED to make $$ from AM, otherwise how will they be able to pay off the FCC
and/or NAB?

I would guess it sounds like a heart murmur. If DRM solves the 
problem of interference, that would cause severe anxiety among those 
cornered by IBUZ. Will the current exciters use it (legally or 
otherwise) or will there be another expensive purchase? Will the 
current receivers (wherever they are) have to be redesigned?
