[BC] Arrays separated by highways

KAST towers are IN the river with catwalks from the shore to the tower.  I've seen the catwalks flooded over to where you waded out to the towers or took a rowboat.

  Good question!  KAST 1370 in Astoria, OR has two towers in the river and
  I've often wondered about the ground system.
