IIRC, the 4-tower array of KCBS San Francisco is in a very marshy area near Novato,
in northern Marin County.  There used to be an on-line "tour" of their TX plant that
showed how high water could make it very interesting to get to the tower bases.  I
don't recall if that was with every high tide or just unusual situations.
