The issue is spending money for new gear when there is nothing wrong with a CDR deck. $189 vs $500 plus another $200 a year. I hope to go that direction when I get my basement expansion complete in a year or so and I move the production there.

Now, we would have to have a laptop since we record in a radio studio. And, that isn't going to fly right now since I'm still using a challenged 300mhz Emachine and my wifes' opinion is that if it gets Email, there is no reason to replace it. The challenge is money and time.
