  Montana Broadcaster's association at least used to have a jobs open/jobs wanted posting.   I think the Michigan Broadcasting Association also did tht.
   
  I'd check for the broadcaster's assocition in each state and watch their lsitings.
   
  I have seen some stuff of this nature also on Monster.com.  Not a lot, but some.  You can list with the job finding agencies like Monster, etc.
   
  And some trade journals like Radio Magazine have classified listings available.  Some even free.
   
  And you can look online at ads in city newspapers where you might like to go.
