Mike,

I understand your point, but it seems those businesses are 
shortsighted. If you send me a fax, provided you signed it, 
I'll have your signature scanned into MY computer as a 
function of receiving it, so what is the point?

When it comes down to what trumps, the only thing concrete 
is an original document, signed, witnessed and notarized.
