Paul--

I say "staple" in the sense that, no matter what other 
stupid changes GSN makes, the B/W shows and Match Game, 
Newlywed, Family Feud, and a few others are always on the 
schedule.

You're right--their efforts at new production are crap. 
 Nobody cares about a bunch of B-list Hollywood has-beens 
playing poker.  But then, almost all of GSN's originals 
have flopped.  Remember the "In-Quiz-ition"?

They need to get back to the original concept and play the 
classics.  GSN doesn' t have anyone with the talent to 
create good new concepts, nor do they have the talent to 
effectively exploit what they have (or had).  Price is 
Right, the original NBC Hollywood Squares, Let's Make A 
Deal, etc., etc....
