LOL! We would need to put one between every house we needed to cover... and 
even then, WTOP would probably still bury us. Their peaks tend to average 
between 5-10mv each night, with gusts to 20.

Given a typical P15 Legal AM transmission system, what would the signal be 
at, say, 20 feet?
