[BC] Pos-ting Licenses - Photocopies OK?

How did you do that? MY GROL shows no endorsements. It was issued
as the lifetime in 1985, replacing the GROL with expiration of 1988 which
replaced my 1st issued in 1978, which etc etc etc, including the element 9
(first one ever tested or issued at the Buffalo Office of the FCC in 1963).
Each was issued as soon as they were required. I never took the Radar
Endorsement. That old card I used to have in my wallet has since
disappeared, but it was a first phone verification. I don't think there is
a GROL verification card, but if so, how do I get one?
No idea what became of my draft card. Last time I saw it, it got
soaked on the obstacle course during Air Force Basic Training. I can you
tell exactly where my DD214 is however!
