I'm curious what concerns you about the station's problems. Is it 
that a distant religious broadcaster running canned religion won the 
license? Are you concerned about the molestation of the student? Or, 
are you concerned that they weren't interested enough to construct 
the higher powered station when they had the chance?

All this wouldn't be an issue if they had acted on the construction 
permit they originally applied for.
